This is a great ski for the athletic first time buyer, or more conservative experienced skier.  A single layer of Titanal under the core offers excellent stability and edge hold, especially when compared with other skis in the price range.  Full Poplar wood core absorbs vibration, and gives the ski a nice springy feel from turn to turn.  Carbon "windows" replace fiberglass at the tip and tail ends of the ski to lower swing weight, giving the ski a very easy feel from turn to turn.

This ski is factory matched with a Salomon M10 binding that fits any boot sole length with no holes to drill, and which is also compatible with Grip Walk boot soles.
